Motivation for studying English

Once upon a time, in a modern world filled with marvels, there was a cat named Chata. Chata was a medium-sized indoor cat who had a habit of saying, “I’m sleepy. I’m sleepy, but I’m hungry.” He lived in a cozy medium-sized house with his owner.

One fateful night, on the winter solstice, Chata’s adventurous spirit got the best of him, and he decided to venture outside without letting his owner know. Little did he know, it was a cold and snowy night, and when he tried to return home, he found the front door closed, blocking his entry.

Feeling a mix of hunger and weariness, Chata called out to his owner from outside the house, hoping they would hear him and let him in. Unfortunately, his owner was fast asleep and couldn’t hear his meows. Just when Chata started to worry about spending the night in the chilly outdoors, he spotted a pheasant nearby.

The pheasant, known for its wisdom, sensed Chata’s confusion and approached him. It suggested that Chata use the door phone to communicate with his owner. Chata liked the idea and went over to the door phone, but there was one small problem – Chata didn’t speak English, and the door phone’s instructions were in English.

Undeterred by the language barrier, Chata tried his best to communicate using his meows and gestures. He pressed random buttons on the door phone, hoping something would work. To his surprise, he accidentally triggered a voice recording in broken English: “H-h-hello? W-w-who’s there?”

Chata, feeling hopeful, continued to meow and purr into the phone, hoping his owner would recognize his voice. The owner, half-awake and confused, picked up the phone and mumbled, “Hello? Is someone there?”

Hearing the owner’s voice, Chata let out a relieved meow, expressing his desire to be let inside. The owner, still groggy, couldn’t fully understand what Chata was trying to say but recognized the urgency in his voice.

With a mix of amusement and bewilderment, the owner opened the door and was met with a snow-covered Chata, who rushed inside with a grateful purr. The owner, realizing Chata’s misadventure, couldn’t help but chuckle at the cat’s persistence and determination.
